Eduardo López-Huertas is a doctor in pharmacy and a tireless health and nutrition researcher. In the last eight years he has directed research on functional food, primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, oxidative stress, obesity, nutrition in special physiological states, clinical nutrition, intestinal health and inflammatory bowel disease. He holds five international patents and is a member of prominent professional scientific associations relating to health and nutrition. From his position as marketing director at Puleva Biotech, Eduardo López-Huertas will introduce us to the fascinating world of future foods.
