The Observatory for Industrial Technology Foresight holds the legal status of a non-profit making Foundation under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, and is governed by a board of trustees consisting of a combination of public and private institutions. The presidency of The Foundation is held by the Ministry, currently represented by the General Secretary of Industry.
